Remote Support
When you have a pressing need that simply cannot wait, we provide remote support on specific products and systems.
Our proprietary Bergan Guard Level® Remote Data Acquisition system allows level, volume, pressure, temperature, and alarm activation data to be collected by the Cargo Management System Plus and our Bergan Connect software. With your data at our fingertips, our Field Service Technicians can effectively solve problems and walk you through the solutions.

Customer Training
Post commission, Bergan Marine Systems works on a contract basis with end users to provide extensive, ongoing training for all products and system sales.
We understand it is critically important that owners and operators understand how our specialized equipment works. We provide face-to-face training for our software, alarms, and more upon first load of cargo.
Our training programs are highly customized to fit your vessel’s unique configuration. Following an assessment of your vessel’s equipment and understanding your specific needs, we work with you to design a training program that keeps your vessel on course and on budget.

Aftermarket Parts & Services
To ensure that our customers experience full use of our quality equipment, we have put systems in place to ensure the availability of our aftermarket parts along with speedy, 24/7 service and support.
In addition to our home base in Pensacola, we have satellite offices in Houston and San Diego, staffed with the industry’s most highly trained and experienced technicians. We deliver spare parts and service technicians in days or weeks instead of months or years.
We warranty all of our equipment, and can even negotiate a custom warranty at the time of sale that extends beyond the standard 12 months from delivery of equipment. For equipment defects that appear within one year of purchase, we will replace those defective parts free of charge.
Installation & Commissioning
Bergan Marine Systems’ Field Service Technicians are often relied upon for both the installation of parts and commissioning of new vessels.
Often, custom systems that include our industry-leading products are installed by shipyard engineers. In these cases, we are sometimes called upon for general installation assistance and support. Our customers can rely on our professional technicians around the clock to ensure that they receive the service that they need, exactly when they need it.
When it comes to the commissioning of new vessels, shipyard and vessel owners can always expect the involvement of Bergan Marine Systems Field Services Technicians. One or more members of our team will be on-site as required to thoroughly test all installed equipment and ensure expected performance before your vessel sails away, ready to serve.
